No. AdaptoFlow is a cannabis-free brand. Our tinctures contain no cannabis, hemp, CBD or THC, and no psilocybin or other psychoactive mushrooms. The full ingredient list is on every product page and label.

Both contain the same four mushroom extracts (Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi and Turkey Tail) with 6,000 mg of mushroom extract per bottle. The Nettle & Dandelion version adds stinging nettle and dandelion. The Original is the mushrooms alone.

Yes. Grain alcohol is used to make and preserve the extracts. Because of this, and as stated on our labels, our products are for adults 18 and older. If you avoid alcohol, please check with your healthcare provider before use.

Yes. Both tinctures are gluten free, vegan and non-GMO.

Shake well, then take one full dropper (1 ml) under your tongue. You can also add it to water, juice, coffee or a smoothie.

Each 30 ml bottle contains 30 one-dropper servings, which is about a month at one serving a day.

Yes. AdaptoJam is a raspberry wellness spread, AdaptoBar is a three-square gummy bar, and AdaptoBites are gummy bites in a 20-count pouch. All three use the same four mushrooms plus adaptogens such as ashwagandha, maca and tulsi.

Each one plays its own part.* Ashwagandha and tulsi (holy basil) help the body handle everyday stress and support a calm mood. Maca supports physical and mental energy. Astragalus supports healthy immune function. Turmeric and ginger support a healthy inflammatory response, and black pepper helps the body absorb turmeric. Licorice root supports adrenal and gut health. Ceylon cinnamon supports healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range. Dulse, a red seaweed, adds minerals and iodine, and raw honey adds natural energy and antioxidants. AdaptoJam has no licorice root or ginger. See every ingredient.
