Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Adaptoflow Company ("AdaptoFlow," "we," "us" or "our"), located at P.O. Box 1030, Marshall, NC 28753, United States. They govern your use of https://adaptoflow.co (the "Site") and any purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products. Our tinctures contain grain alcohol and are not intended for use by anyone under 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are purchasing for your own use or for another adult. We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe this requirement isn't met.

2. Our products

AdaptoFlow sells functional mushroom tinctures that are marketed as dietary supplements. Our products contain no cannabis, hemp, CBD, THC, psilocybin or other controlled or psychoactive substances. Product descriptions, ingredients and label images on the Site are as accurate as we can make them. If a product you receive doesn't match its description, your remedy is described in our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown and confirmed before you pay.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it and take payment. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or the order doesn't meet our eligibility requirements. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States only, as described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. We'll still help you with lost or damaged packages as described in that policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with its security or operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; or use automated tools to copy its content.

8. Intellectual property

The AdaptoFlow name and logo, product labels, text, images and other content on the Site are owned by Adaptoflow Company or used with permission, and are protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise any specific health result from using our products.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdaptoFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdaptoFlow harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or our products or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
