Our story & mission
The AdaptoFlow Company is a small adaptogen company in Marshall, North Carolina, in the mountains of Southern Appalachia.
We want to connect our community and fellow humans with the wellness offered by adaptogens, herbs and plant systems living and thriving in our natural environments.
By blending the powerful, natural phytochemicals found in adaptogens, we learn wellness synergy. Together they can help support a healthy inflammatory response, help the body manage everyday stress, and support a healthy immune system.*
Individually, each adaptogen has its own constitution and action. When we blend their actions together, they work in harmony.*
We offer adaptogens in small, controlled servings, in our bottled tinctures, our AdaptoJam spread and our AdaptoBar and AdaptoBites gummies, to help the body find its natural balance and move comfortably through life.*
Most of our adaptogens are grown and dual extracted in Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachia.

The name comes from adapt and flow: adaptogens that help you adapt to everyday life, and the natural flow we want you to feel as you move through your day.*
We're based in Marshall, a small river town on the French Broad River in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The plants and mushrooms that grow in these forests and fields are at the heart of everything we make.
We want adaptogens to be easy to take every day. No capsules to swallow and no earthy powders to stir in, just one dropper of orange-flavored tincture.
How we make our products
Grown in Appalachia
Most of our adaptogens are grown in Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachia, and every bottle is crafted in Marshall, NC.
Dual extracted
We use both hot water and alcohol to extract our mushrooms, so each tincture captures compounds that only one method alone would miss. How it works

A cannabis-free, non-psychoactive brand
AdaptoFlow products contain no cannabis, hemp, CBD or THC. They also contain no psilocybin or any other psychoactive mushroom. Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi and Turkey Tail are non-psychoactive species that have been used as food and in traditional practice for centuries.
